Marketing Team Coordinator

Marketing team coordinator promotes businesses, services, products, or brands. The coordinator develops marketing and pricing strategies, generates new business leads, and oversees marketing department staff. The coordinator also manages marketing budgets and analyses trends. In this role, the marketing team coordinator will be optimizing marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. An outstanding marketing team coordinator is someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability. 

Responsibilities:

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
• Work in partnership with the marketing team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets;
• Establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support;
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
• Present ideas and final deliverables to the marketing team; coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments and communicate with the Managing Director about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Analyze market trends, generating new business leads and increase brand awareness and market share;
• Promote Maxbridge’s brand at trade shows and business-related events, and oversee branding promotional campaigns;
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management; keep informed of marketing strategies and trends
• Perform other administrative and financial duties related to Maxbridge as assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, finance, business administration, or in a relevant field.
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
• Excellent computers skills and proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
