Marketing Officer

Haile Grand - Addis is the newly opened five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from the Israeli Embassy in front of Lambert  Square. We are hiring just for a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Hotel & Tourism Management, Digital Marketing or any other related field
• Total years of experience 5 - years out of it 3 - years plus working in a similar position in 5/4-star chain hotels is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing & promotion skills
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment.
• Event Management,
• Certifications in Digital and social media marketing is highly advantageous
• Great proficiency in utilizing OPERA/ IDS PMS sales & marketing modules.
• Great awareness about the current trend of hospitality marketing & advertisement.
• Excellent communication skills of Amharic & English Language proficiency in listening, reading & writing very well.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & adaptability to the OTA.
• An excellent team player, positive outlook, and result-oriented personality.
• Proficiency in graphic designing & social media management
• Proficiency in French, Chinese, Arabic is advantageous
