Haile Grand - Addis is the newly opened five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from the Israeli Embassy in front of Lambert  Square. We are hiring just for a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

• BA/MBA Degree in Marketing Management, or Business Management, or any other related field
• Total years of experience 10 - years out of it minimum of 5 years worked in a similar position in 5/4-star hotels is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing skills
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment of house ambassador hood.
• Great proficiency in utilizing OPERA/ IDS PMS sales & marketing modules.
• Excellent skill in digital & online sales techniques
• Winning mentality & commitment towards the company goals.
• Enthusiastic & great salesmanship skills & personality.
• Excellent communication skill of Amharic & English Language proficiency in listening, reading & writing very well.
• Great interpersonal skills & leadership in practice.
• An excellent team player, positive outlook, change agent and result-oriented personality.
