Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the overall customer service function of the company and for ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, smooth and hassle-free, end-to-end, and one shop service

Be able to work cross-functionally to assist and support the customer in all their dealings and inquiry with the company and respond to and /or the customer promptly

Job Requirements

• The candidates are required to have an MBA/BA degree in Marketing, Management & Economics / BSc Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architect is advantageous
• Relevant experience in customer service for a total of 10-12 years from which 5-6 years management level preferable in the Real Estate or Construction sector.
• Energy, passion & enthusiasm
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure/Resilience
• Being presentable & English language fluency
• Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
• Customers & People management skills and Result orientation & drive for action.
• Teamwork skills and Knowledge of the CRM is (an advantageous)
• Knowledge of and Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.)
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills and Proactive
• Good motivator  /coach and Emotional intelligent
