Role Summary
The role requires to assist in the provision of deliverables that are fall under learning and organizational development (Such as, training coordination, organizational design, knowledge management, education sponsorship management, succession management, and coaching and mentoring). It also requires to prepare a monthly and quarterly reports, and coordinate other tasks as itâs needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in job evaluation surveys and organizational design
- Coordinate training sessions
- Monitor the fulfillment of required documents before, during and after trainings delivered (i.e., proper filing and documentation)
- Follow up with training providers (internal or external) before delivery of training sessions and after
- Follow up and receive training evaluation reports from training providers
- Follow up payment process to be settled once the training delivered and report submitted from service provider
- Involved in organizing events for BGI Excellence Program in collaboration with other internal stakeholders and universities
- Involved in onboarding and orientation processes
- Collect Training reports from departments (sites and corporate)
- Provides a monthly and quarterly training report to the Learning and OD Manager
- Manage education sponsorship applicants and record their personal data.
- Follow up and monitor each sponsored employee's academic status
- Involved in other assignments as it is needed (such as, succession management, knowledge management, and coaching and mentoring)
Job Requirements
- B.A/MA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, and other related fields
- Minimum 4 yearsâ experience in similar industry
