Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target market, focusing on the banking, microfinance, and fintech sectors.
• Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients in the banking, microfinance, and fintech industries. Utilize various tactics such as content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and lead nurturing.
• Brand Awareness: Develop and execute initiatives to increase brand recognition and awareness within the target market. This includes managing the company's online presence, maintaining social media accounts, and producing engaging content.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral to educate and engage prospective clients.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and target messaging effectively.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing , preferably within the fintech, banking, or microfinance industry.
• Additional certifications in marketing or digital marketing are advantageous.
• Fintech and Financial Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fintech industry, as well as banking and microfinance operations. Familiarity with financial technology products and services is a plus.
